If you know a patient's 4-digit extension and wish to make an incoming call to the patient, please call our patient directory line:  (416) 469-6487,  followed by their 4-digit extension number. 

If you don't know the patient's extension, you can call the switchboard directly at (416) 461-8272 and they will connect you to the patient's room.

Please note that incoming calls will not be accepted to patient's rooms after 9:00 pm; however patients can call out as usual.

If you wish to visit a patient, normal visiting hours are between 12:00 Noon and 8:00 pm; but there are some exceptions to this.  Refer to the Visiting Hours section of this website for more detailed information.  Please do not come to visit a patient if you are not feeling well.
