(Positive FOBT and First Degree Relative with Colorectal Cancer)

TEGH is a participating hospital member of the ColonCancerCheck Program. Our goal is to reduce the wait time from date of referral for patients needing screening colonoscopies resulting from positive fecal occult blood test and family history indications by facilitating access to endoscopy services at TEGH.

  • Gastroscopy

Highly qualified nurses and physicians specializing in gastroenterology, respirology and surgery provide the Southeast Toronto area and beyond with exceptional care.  Anesthesiologists are also an integral part of our team, providing patients with the option of an anesthetic in all procedures.  Working together, the staff and physicians in the Endoscopy Unit strive to provide attentive and exemplary patient focused care.
